We looked for the ideal partner to complete the project when we made the decision to remodel our house. The best reputation in the region, according to our research, was held by Airoom. We were pleasantly surprised by the staff's attention in learning about our wants and goals for our home when we met with them. The team in charge of our project spent time with us right away getting to know us and learning how best to accomplish what we wanted. We were right about our superintendent. Respectful and simple to work with. On the project's advancement, he keeps us informed and up to date.

I called Airoom to see if they could renovate a historic building I've inherited. I was given a prompt call back, but since I wasn't expecting a call so soon, I was in the middle of the boarding a plane, so I called back upon my return. The young lady informed me today that I'm outside their service area, but she immediately went above and beyond and directed me how to find licensed and bonded accredited contractors to suit my needs via the Better Business Bureau website. As They did not work on my home, I can not get 5 star, but I can give 4 for top marks in customer service.

After meeting with several home renovation companies, we were about to give up on improving our house. Then we discovered Airoom. The initial consultation went far deeper than we had imagined, and the talented designers provided us with renderings so we could see the concept before selecting it. They even assisted us in selecting the materials, and they asked us questions about our preferences that we would have never thought to ask. We are content with our new home. Airoom is top notch class. I would highly recommend Airoom Architects.

This was our first interaction with Airoom. On the design stage, we worked together with Gina and Marv. They are both top-notch. They are really knowledgeable and patient. Both superintendents handled the little unforeseen occurrences that arose on the job site with ease and were highly competent. The Airoom's vendors were all top-notch. There may not be much left to do at our home, but if we experienced a third remodeling, we would use Airoom. I'd heartily endorse Airoom Architects.

This was our second experience with Airoom. In the design phase, we worked with Gina and Marv. They are both fantastic. They are extremely knowledgeable and very patient. Both superintendents were very capable and readily dealt with the small unexpected things that came up during the jobs. The subcontractors that Airoom uses were all great. I’m not sure there’s much left to do at our house but if we had a third remodel, we would definitely use Airoom.

As we near the final stages of our construction project with Airoom, I must commend our superintendent Jason Zeisloft for their exceptional work. While we encountered some unexpected issues along the way (which can be expected with a major project), Jason’s proactive approach and problem-solving skills have been invaluable in resolving challenges and ensuring successful outcomes. His attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to solve unexpected issues ensured the project stayed on track. We are impressed with his leadership and dedication to quality work. Highly recommended for any construction endeavor.

When searching for a home remodel look no further than airoom. My family has been in the trades for many years. And, I can say they're no-nonsense approach it's worth its way than gold. The Klein Brothers Have all the answers. Their ability to value cost a remodel or addition plan to fit you needs is seamless and financing in-house was superb and fast. They are with you from start to finish. I can honestly say my second-floor edition would not have gone as smooth or stayed on budget without the airoom's laser-focused team. All around Cadillac white glove experience.

Airoom uses it's vendors to fund projects. They pay when they please, and not before. Give them 30 day terms, they'll extend them out to 60 and beyond. This is not a partnership, this is as one sided of a relationship as it gets. There are far better, more reputable builders to work with. Stay clear of this firm.
